Barry Johnson

Barry has extensive knowledge and experience of Learning and Development across a wide range of industries.  In 1994 he co-founded Learning Partners making his main contribution in design and behavioural research.  Barry brings the experience of many years as a people and functional manager with research into the latest thinking to convert the need expressed by the client into practical solutions.
Barry’s strong belief that people make profits through the application of personal skills, and his inherent creativity, lead to realistic and effective learning events and credible assessment centre design.  He has extensive experience in designing assessment events for development and selection and is an experienced facilitator and assessor.

Jayne Eagles

Jayne is a management consultant with 20 years experience in the consulting business and has been working with Learning Partners since 1997.  Jayne has supported business-wide change programmes, developed business processes, and managed and run operational units. 
Jayne started her career as a graduate Mechanical Engineer at Rolls Royce before developing her expertise in the Personnel, Training & Development and latterly - the Organisation Development field.

Shirley Harrington

Shirley has been an associate of Learning Partners since 1997 and prior to that held senior HR positions within the retail industry.
Shirley is an outstanding behavioural skills trainer, assessor and coach.  She brings depth of experience and professionalism in every capacity.  She has a powerful and engaging presentation style, builds rapport easily with learning groups engaging them in discussion and motivating them to learn.  Her assessment skills demonstrate a depth of understanding and insight which enables her to coach individuals so that they develop.

Diane Murphy

Diane has worked in association with Learning Partners since 1996.  She is an HR consultant with over 20 years experience across a wide range of sectors and organisations including; public and private sector, manufacturing and service organisations, UK, US, Japanese and Chinese companies.

Diane’s style is consultative, pragmatic and hands-on with the ability to deliver major projects on-time and within budget.  Following 12 years of in-company HR experience - primarily in Telecommunications & IT organisations - Diane has spent over 12 years operating across a range of HR consultancy and interim roles.
