COURSE - 4th December 2018As enthusiastic supporters of advancing women in business, we have developed a one-day course around understanding and overcoming certain issues that face women today, including unconsciouses bias that come in to play in how women are perceived and treated, women’s tendency to place higher standards and responsibilities on themselves, and women’s tendency to undervalue their own skills.During the course we will look at the science behind these tendencies, debunk them, and teach some new techniques to overcome any limiting beliefs. In some you might thrive and feel invigorated, whereas others you may avoid because they set off an uncomfortable feeling, i.e. anxiety, worry, confusion, or a loss of confidence. These reactions can often cause you to believe you are not good enough, that you're an ‘imposter’, or that you lack confidence or skill. The more you have these reactions, the more evidence you have to back them up, and the worse you feel.You can change - more easily than you might think!While these reactions may seem overwhelming or unmoveable, the good news is that a neuroscience-based and neuro linguistic programming coaching session can permanently remove the triggers for negative emotion and limiting beliefs. During the session the coach will guide you through analysing the pattern, creating a much more comprehensive and positive sense of yourself, and then overwriting the memory that generates the trigger. It doesn’t matter if you are unsure of the exact source for the trigger, or if you do know the source but can’t seem to change it by yourself, as the coach will help you to follow a process that works for you.A safe space in which to changeIf you are uncomfortable in sharing the details of specific memories, you will not need to in order for the coaching to work.
