Xalient is one of our long standing customers and is an award winning, fast growing business with a strong people culture. It’s one of the 115 Sunday Times Best Places to Work, highlighting leadership development programmes and personalised training as some of the reasons it is so successful. We have trained their managers for several years and have just completed a course of 9 one-hour live modules for a group of team leaders and managers. We have delivered a curriculum of foundation, people skills and management skills backed up with videos, notes, and workbooks. The flexible delivery meets the needs of this global organisation and 24 hour service environment. ​We have a new Customer - Dash Cafe - an independent grab-and-go coffee shop with two locations in Leigh-on-Sea. They are all about great coffee, warm service, and friendly faces. The owners know that good managers build and maintain great teams who deliver great customer service. So we are pleased to be delivering manager training for them. They are also following our curriculum with live sessions, notes, and workbooks. They are doing this together as a leadership team and forging bonds as they learn side by side.​​​​
